Laura Stokker is a managing director at Deloitte specializing in organizational design, leadership development, and succession management. She sets the strategic direction for identifying and developing enterprise leaders by addressing the skills, capabilities, attributes and experiences required for future success. Laura’s career has included talent roles at AT&T, Capital One, and technology start-ups. She holds a B.A. in psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Cornell University.
