Just going to work costs your employees

You know this because you go to work, too. However, the number is still sobering, especially when thinking about lower-paid employees: The simple act of going to work—getting dressed and out the door, jumping in the car, dropping the kids off at day care, grabbing coffee—takes a big bite out of everyone’s paycheck.

How much? According to a new CareerBuilder survey, the average amount of money people spend to go to work each month is $276, or around $3,300 per year.
